Openings for sober living are available on a first-come and best-fit basis. There is no priority for individuals for entry into the home. Individuals are welcomed to come from a primary care facility as well as from no treatment facility at all. A core requirement for entry is a commitment of continuous sobriety throughout the period of program participation. However, the main requirements throughout participation are: brutal honesty, being open-minded to trying new things, and willingness.

Program fees for peer-supported sober living are an initial cost of $750 (includes a $150 food gift card) and $600 per month for the remaining five months. All PSL program participants are expected to remain in programming for (6) six months.

Program fees for independent sober living are $500 per month. Participants can stay in ISL programming for up to (2) two years.

To begin the application process for NDRS Sober Living, please fill out the following form. Potential applicants will all be interviewed in person or over the phone before a decision is made on acceptance. Please answer all questions carefully, fully, and honestly. Any additional questions regarding the application process can be included with the application form.

Please have your counselor provide a "Release of Information" form and release contact for New Dawn Recovery Services to speak to your provider. If this is not done, we may not be able to continue in the application process. Thank you!
